Every company has experienced an instance where a leader within the organization shows strengths in core competencies necessary for the role, but may be exhibiting blind spots of which peers are taking notice. Engaged employees are involved, enthusiastic, and further their organization’s interests. Survey research finds that the majority of employees are disconnected or disengaged from their work. Disengagement leads to poor performance and lower productivity while employee engagement leads to higher performance and productivity. Studies have found that workers who apply four or more of their signature strengths experience more positive experiences at work and are more likely to experience work as a calling, compared with those who use less than four of their signature strengths at work. To this end, employers are encouraged to ask the question: “What opportunities are there within the employee’s job and the organization to foster his or her character strengths further?”

The EQ-i 2.0 identifies blind spots, strengths and developmental opportunities for individuals in any position in an organization. It offers a view of his or her effectiveness and EQ competencies. This report can be used for results specific to a workplace context, enabling career and organizational development.

EQ 360

When looking at a potential, new, or existing leader within an organization, it is not only important to gain an understanding of their performance in the workplace; but also for them to gain insights into their performance as a leader by peers, direct reports and supervisors. The Leadership EQ 360 Report allows for an unlimited number of raters to provide feedback and provides insights into opportunities for development. The Leadership 360 report lends itself well to a follow-up with the same group of evaluators to compare results and track progress.


The Pearman Personality Integrator explores the complexities of personality patterns. The Pearman is based on understanding an individual’s personality at multiple levels. From how someone interacts with the external or internal world, to how they take in information and make decisions, and the combination of those individual pieces (i.e., mental functions), the Pearman assesses the fundamental components of what makes up an individual’s personality type. 

The Pearman assessment provides the freedom of representing personality along a continuum and does not require choosing a preference for one personality type over another.
